• Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages: Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks based on customer requests.
  • Customer interaction: Take orders, serve snacks and drinks, and provide recommendations.
  • Verify identification: Ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements.
  • Inventory management: Restock and replenish bar supplies and inventory.
  • Maintain cleanliness: Keep the bar area organized, clean, and stocked.
  • Payment processing: Handle cash and card transactions, balance cash receipts.

• Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mixing and garnishing: Knowledge of drink recipes and techniques.
  • Customer service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail: Ability to accurately measure ingredients and follow recipes.
  • Physical stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and lift heavy items.
  • Problem-solving: Quick thinking and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
