Summary

We're looking for a Group Coordinator to assist with day-to-day responsibilities of our Sales Department to include loading group blocks into reservations systems, detailing group blocks and events, creating group resumes and welcome notes in addition to being the onsite contact for groups.  Other duties include managing social media, making or modifying reservations, offering recommendations for things to do and places to eat plus anything else that can improve the guests' stay.

Education, Experience, Other Requirements

Required

• Flexibility to work in shifts
• Able to work Wednesday through Sunday schedule
• Capable to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred

• AA or bachelor's degree
• Work experience in Customer Service in the Hospitality Field
• Experience with hotel operation systems
