Your Role at Courtyard Madison East

As our Guest Service Representative, you will serve as the face of our hotel, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience for our guests. Your role will include guest relations, handling check-in/out processes, managing reservations, and offering recommendations for Madison’s local attractions and dining options.
